Add/extend the blueprint/template list in the section "Related knowledge base articles" in JSD
Hi all,
we are using Jira Service Desk 3.12.x (JSD) Sever and I try to improve some for our daily work. We've configured a Confluence server too and connected it with Jira.
I'm trying to provide some more "custom blueprints" for the agents and was looking for a way to add my them to the menu/section in the Issue itself. I wasn't able to find any option in the project settings or confluence itself.
Does somebody know, if there is any possibility to add/extend the list what I added as a screenshot?
