I have created a web request where a ticket is created in Freshdesk using Jira automation. I would like to add a comment on Jira ticket when the rule successfully runs.
In my automation, I have added a comment after the web request but even if the web request errors it still add comments the ticket.

Hi Sal,
Automation won't know directly if the post was successful or not. You will problem need to receive some kind of return first that it was success and then you can add the comment. It might even need to be a separate rule.
