Add a new language package

I want the messages in the service portal to be in Icelandic. Can I add a new language package or how do you recommend I do this? Maybe open a language package and review all texts and change them?

Hey @Ásta Hrönn _RdN_ !

With JSM this is not too difficult at all!

You can go to the Project Settings and then into Language Support from here you can add the language pack you need.

Then I'd recommend you use Forms for all of your request types though as it allows for super easy translation. When you've designed it you can then go to the "Translate" tab and add all the translated strings you need to.

Hi,

Any clue why I can not see this page same as you?

I'm admin on standard plan.

Not sure if it is related or it helps but I can not access

- Access / Customer permissions (403)

- SLAs (It may have been deleted or your permissions may have changed)

- Customer Satisfaction (It may have been deleted or your permissions may have changed)

- Channels & services / < most of pages there> (

It may have been deleted or your permissions may have changed)

- When I access forms I get an "We couldn’t load your translations".

No sorry. I have admin rights to change a project but I am not a jira admin so I cannot change the default language or change text that has been set up in the default language. br asta
