I want a priority field that the customer later can change when viewing the request on the self service customer portal.

I can add a field to the form and have customers set a priority when creating the request but I can't find a way to have it be editable later when viewing the request on the portal.

The idea is to have the customer prioritize their own change requests.

Is there another way of achieving this?

HI @Martin Samuelsson

Welcome to the community.

I second the answer from @Kate Pawlak _Appsvio_

I do have my thoughts about letting customers setting their own priority. As from experience ay person is self indulged, so the majority of your requests will probably be set to the highest priority y anyone, as they expect to be served more swiftly.

Hi @Martin Samuelsson ,

There is no such feature in the native Jira. You can achieve it using our app Feature Bundle for Jira Service Management. With this app, customers can edit their request, even this field is not added on the request form. You can also define, using JQL, in which conditions this field can be edited by customers.
