Hello, I'd like to ask if it is possible to add after each comment that is added as my response to customer's support ticket a button that would ask 'Was it helpful?' and that way I could get a quick feedback as sometimes customers are happy with the response but end up not letting us know that their issue is resolved which would be helpful just by simply clicking on the button that would let us know our response was helpful.
I am not an expert in development tools therefore, any help would be appreciated.
Also, I do know about satisfaction settings that can be added but that is after the ticket is closed, I'd like something that can be added after each comment to let us know if the issue is resolved or not.
@Support Agent this will make a loop in your team/customer of notifications (and maybe this will decrease your satisfaction due to excessive questions for the reporter/customer)
If this comment trigger in specific status that will be ok, but in every comment, this will be annoying to customer.
