Add User (what should user see once an account is created)

User (sudhir.surendran@usda.gov) is unable generate password after Administrator adds him as a user. What should the customer see once I add them as a user? Thanks.

Does your customer/user has an atlassian account? If not, he/she will be redirected to create one and then log in to your instance.
