I am looking into an automation that will redistribute tickets coming from 1 project into its proper project (duplicate ticket in new project and delete the original)
The problem being is that the projects that the ticket will end up in is restricted to only certain users have access to those project and we want to avoid thousands of employees asking for access. This causes that the original reporter that created the ticket in project 1 will not be crossed over as reporter when the ticket gets duplicated in project 2 because they do not have access. I have tried adding them as participants but then it will not allow it either given that they are not customer.
So I am trying to work on an automation that the reporter in project ends up being a customer/participant in the second project, which I am not sure if it is possible
