Accessing form smart values to edit Summary

Trying to access new values for forms.

I'm trying to grab the value and set it as Summary. In the request, I've made the summary hidden. From what I can see it doesn't find the value.

The field is cascading and the field key is "Issue-what"

To whom it may concern - I submitted the question, and a few minutes later found the answer.

When accessing the form you should use the trigger "Form submitted" instead "Issue created"
