About API execution user used for automation

Using Jira Service Management (Cloud) automation, When accessing the confluence page with the API Authenticate using the user and API token. Is it possible to substitute the user with "automation for jira" that is owned by the system? Or does it have to be an organization-created user? The reason is that if you set the API execution user to any user and the account becomes invalid, you need to change it each time, so you want to fix it.

You should create a generic system admin account and have account trigger the automations and the REST API calls. This way you won't have to keep changing
