Ability to resend invites to many customers at a time

Hey!

Is there any bulk method to resend invites to customers that have been added to a project? If they are a few, doing it manually through the "resend invite" link one by one is not an ideal and effective solution. I heard the REST API does not support any bulk functionality to resend invite to multiple customers in one go. Do you have any ideas on that?

As far as I’m aware, there isn’t currently a way to resend invitations to multiple customers in bulk in Jira Service Management.

I'm not aware also API Endpoint which you can use for that in bulk.

Right now, the only supported option is to go to Project settings → Customers and use “Resend invite” for each customer individually.

Because portal-only customers aren’t managed the same way as licensed users (e.g. via groups), there’s unfortunately no bulk workaround available in the UI or via standard configuration.

If you need this regularly, it would definitely be worth raising as a feature request, it’s a pretty common admin need to be true and need improvement.
