Hello, colleagues!
I wanted to ask a question and ask for your tips, because in the issue section - in the SLA success rate report, display the Time to first responses metric not in % ratio, but in time (in minutes)

, or for example, how to create a new issue? Which will display the average time of completed tasks based on (start: when the status is in progress; end: when the status is completed)
