I am looking to using N-Able for our RMM. I can integrate a PSA into this software. Unfortunately it does not have Jira as one of the options. I can though add a Custom PSA through utilising API. Is this possible with Jira? I would basically need to have API Credentials for communication with N-Able N-Central.
