Is there a person or team that works with customers to implement the Rovo AI? or is there a set of documentation on how to implement it?

At the moment, Rovo AI is still in early rollout for Standard plan, and Atlassian doesn’t have a dedicated implementation team for individual customers. The enablement steps are handled directly in your cloud site once the feature is available.
You can keep an eye on Atlassian’s Rovo AI documentation and the Cloud roadmap for updates on availability and setup guidance.
If you’re looking for tailored adoption help, you could also engage with an Atlassian Solution Partner
