50000 Asset Limit

We are running JSM premium 200 user license subscription, and we have hit our 50000-asset limit. How do we increase the limit?

Hello @Joe White 

You cannot increase the limit of Assets that you can have for free. That is fixed at 50k.

Above 50k you must start paying for the number of assets you anticipate having during the year, similar to how you pay for a User Tier annually.

If you scroll down on that page you'll find a section labeled "Assets Annual Price Tiers".

I recommend that you contact the agency through which you purchased your licenses to discuss how to actually execute the process of buying a higher Assets tier. If you worked with a license vendor for your app licenses, contact them. If you purchased directly from Atlassian then I would recommend going to the Billing/Licensing support page to open a case directly with that team.
