Can you explain in more detail what you are trying to achieve?
I have full permissions, but I am not allowed access to the managed account.
What settings do I need to change?
A managed account is - as the name says - managed by your company. That means it can only be changed by a user management of your company in the IdP that owns it. If you would like to update your name or function title (to name a couple of examples), that needs to be done by an administrator at your company. You can't do that yourself from your profile.
