Using AI in Jira Service Management? Earn a $25 gift card for writing a review!

We are looking for users of Rovo or other AI features in Jira Service Management to leave us a review on Gartner Peer Insights about your experience! In order to be eligible you must be using AI in Jira Service Management - applicable features may include:

  • Rovo Service, Rovo Ops, or Virtual Service Agents

  • AIOps capabilities such as alert grouping, root cause analysis, or AI risk assessment.

  • AI Summaries (easily summarize comments and descriptions in an issue)

  • Generative AI in the editor (help agents create and improve responses to customers)

  • Generative AI for knowledge base articles and post-incident reviews (PIRs)

  • AI request types, fields, and automation rule suggestions

  • Custom Rovo agents for service and operations use cases.

The review process only takes 10 minutes and all reviews are anonymous. I’ve been using some of the AI features in Jira Service Management recently, and the automation tools have honestly saved a lot of time for our team. Features like AI summaries and smart response suggestions make handling tickets much faster and easier. Getting a small reward like latest orion for sharing real feedback through Gartner Peer Insights also seems like a nice bonus. Definitely worth participating if your team is already using these AI capabilities regularly.
