We’re excited to announce that Workday, Okta, DocuSign, and Workato integrations are now available to everyone on a paid Jira Service Management plans. Whether you’re on the Standard, Premium, or Enterprise plan, you can now connect these tools to your automation rules and streamline your processes.

What’s New?

Previously, these integrations were only available to Premium and Enterprise customers. Now, we’re opening the doors to all paid plans, so your teams can further streamline processes and connect critical systems with Jira Service Management.

Example use cases:

• Workday: Automate onboarding, offboarding, and HR queries with triggers and actions that connect to your Workday data.

• Okta: Seamlessly manage identity and access workflows.

• Docusign: Automate document signing and tracking.

• Workato: Orchestrate workflows across your SaaS stack.

How to Get Started

1. Head to Automation in Jira Service Management, or Global Automation.

2. Start creating an automation rule and add action for Workday, Okta, Docusign, or Workato.

3. Follow our step-by-step guide to connect and start automating with these tools.

Example Use Cases

• Automated Onboarding: When a new hire is added in Workday, automatically create onboarding work items, provision access in Okta, and send welcome emails.

• Access Management: When an employee requests access to new software, automatically provision group access in Okta.

• Document Automation: Send, sign, and track employment contracts with DocuSign via automation, streamlining HR, legal, and other approval processes.
