Enhanced Cloud-to-Cloud Data Management in Jira Service Management

Hello Atlassian Community,

We're excited to share a significant enhancement in Jira Service Management (JSM) that will streamline your data management across cloud sites. You can now effortlessly copy knowledge base, help center, and virtual service agent data from one cloud site to another using the copy product data feature. This new capability offers you greater flexibility and control over your cloud data management.

To access the copy product data feature:

• Go to Atlassian Administration.

• Select Settings > Data management > Copy product data.

This feature is now generally available to all customers, empowering your teams to transfer data between sites according to your specific needs. We are grateful for your ongoing support and feedback as we continue to enhance your experience with Jira Service Management.

Does it mean that we can copy virtual service agent intents to other cloud instance as well? And is it possible to choose only to transfer it, nothing else?
