Jira app not showing in iOS Settings > Notification

I want to be able to control when notifications occur in iOS Jira like I can with iOS Confluence: change the badge, schedule, turn off etc.

Confluence is listed in iOS > Settings > Notifications together with other apps that issue notifications. Jira isn’t, but it is issuing notifications and displays a badge count.

How can this be corrected?

Weird. Badges show some number of notifications. But in the app, notifications are off. Setting notifications on in the app, then gives you iOS > Notifications > Jira, where the wanted settings can be set.
