Jira epic question

• I have made the settings "Jira to Jira Align Sync" only on anything related to Epics at this point because this was causing a lot of headache for the teams.
• This means we cannot create Jira Epics in Align and push to Jira so we'll need to monitor on the Align to fill in the fields we need that are only in Align after they come over from Jira.  is there something I’m doing wrong here?

is it possible to share some screenshots to see how you build up the sync in Connector?

This would help me to identify root cause of problem why the fields don't get synced between Jira and JA.
