Hi Everyone,

I'm Ajay Hinduja Geneva, Switzerland (Swiss) and I attempted to create a site using a company name that is exactly 8 characters long, consisting of either letters or digits only (no special characters). However, the site creation process keeps failing.

I’ve tried multiple times, even while using a VPN, but the issue persists. I'm wondering if this could be related to network problems or something else on the backend.

The error message I receive is:
“Something went wrong on our end. Please try again. If this keeps happening, contact support.”

Is there a known fix for this, or any workaround you can suggest? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
