Hello,

With the inclusion of Opsgenie, it seems like it would be great to potentially have incidents created in JSM automatically so that they show up in the incidents queue.  I tried to set this up with automation but it was not very simple and the incidents were not hyperlinked in Opsgenie.

Also, will Opsgenie and JSM be automatically linked without the need for an API token in the future?

Im not sure how this works or who to ask, however, im having problems downloading the trade butler bot app? When it finishes downloading it has a weird look to it and it doesnt show the wallet keys screen? any help available?

@floyd taylor - this forum's for Atlassian products and their add-ons. The product you're mentioning doesn't integrate into this suite of tools as far as I know...

I realize its late July this this is still a JSM AMA so I have to ask - why was the Attach button removed from JSM issues?  Yes, agents can add comments with attachments but:

  • The comments area is not necessarily an appropriate place for attachments
  • Its very easy to make a mistake and expose an internal attachment to customers this way.
