I was looking for it for about 2h and still didn't find it. The documentation said it was located in Space settings, specifically under "Request management" --> "Request types". The problem is that I don't even have that section.
Hi everyone! Excited to share that we are in the process of rolling out external statuses for CSM as well. You can configure this as part of the Forms in Customer experiences (forms are the gateway into space routing and workflows hence that placement). If you don't see it in your instance already it will be with you very soon

It sounds like that documentation is actually for Jira Service Management and not for Customer Service Management.
Both are part of the Service Collection but use a completly different template and have different space features.

@Dirk Ronsmans Maybe I got it wrong, and this was actually documentation for JSM. So there isn't a parameter like that for “Customer Service Management”?
