Hi @Uzair Ahmed ,

You mention you added them as guest users.

Could you clarify what access you specifically granted them? Guest is a concept in Confluence. In JSM they'd need a Customer role and invited/added to the space

I have tried Customer and Guest Collaborator. None of these roles is working. it shows them this error

@Uzair Ahmed

Could you perhaps share your permission scheme?

Roles in itself don't really provide any access, only if the permission scheme provides the access to the role(s) will it actually change something.

Also, are you going to the project directly or through the customer portal?

@Uzair Ahmed  Use your Permission Helper to for the Browse Projects and Create Work Item permissions to see what it says.
