Is there a way to not have the required option of 'share with' in the Customer Service Management form for 'submit a request'? Since moving to a form in this project, there is now an option to 'share with' and it is sending emails to the entire internal team of Triple Whale. I can default the 'share with' to be no one, but I would ideally like to remove the option all together.
Hi @Andrea Leeuw check out this article: understand-share-options-in-jira-service-management-cloud-portal/ from Atlassian. The only update is instead of 'Products' it's called 'Jira Apps'. Is the "Yes, automatically share..." set? If so, you can set it to "No, don't share...". I wonder if that's what's going on.
As far as removing the 'Share With' on the portal, I would suggest reviewing these work items on Atlassian's Jira Site and see if they apply to you.
