For me, the strength of CSM is the ability to be able to enrich a customer and an organisation with more custom detail fields.
However, when you have an overview of a customer/organisation, you can only search on it's name or email address.
Since we can enrich these records with custom data, it would be great if you could search on the detail field values too to easily find a customer based on e.g. VAT number/Customer number/... considering these are the details that make a customer unique and not just their email address/name
Would something like this be on the roadmap/is this being considered?

If you are using JSM Premium plan or above, you can use the Assets Management feature to create the customers with all relevant data and when a customer will open a request via JSM options (Portal, Email) you can have an automation to attach the Assets object matching the customer.
