Hey @Christoph Thiel ,
Looks like you've been hit with a bit of bad luck where some issues are happening shortly after eachother. (https://jira-service-management.status.atlassian.com/incidents/x40xmc6kx8ft)
Unfortunatly these happen from time to time but let's hope it settles down for a while now :)

Hi @Christoph Thiel
Sorry to hear about the inconvenience. As @Dirk Ronsmans mentioned, this was due to a secondary incident that occurred shortly after the initial one

Both issues have now been resolved, so you should be able to access your Jira instance again.
Best regards,
Maksym

If you're still encountering issues at the moment I'd suggest raising it with support through https://support.atlassian.com/contact to make sure it's not still impacting your instance

Hey @Dirk Ronsmans thank you very much for your quick answer. I can't create a ticket here. The URL is 100% correct.
Do you know why it says that the URL can't be found?

Not without any specifics. Normally the url is in the format of https://[something].atlassian.net
If you aren't a billing admin it could also be it's not recognizing you as an allowed contact. I can try and escalate this post but it might take a while (ussually a day) before someone from Atlassian can take a look.
