Just to clarify, the Jira Free plan doesn't expire. It's permanently free for up to 10 users, so there's nothing to extend here on the community side either, as we're fellow users and can't manage licences.
What likely happened is that you were on a free trial of a paid plan (Standard or Premium) which runs for 30 days and then ends. If that's the case, your site should still be accessible on the Free plan with the core features.
If you're still locked out, I'd suggest checking admin.atlassian.com to see the current status of your subscription, or reaching out to Atlassian Support at support.atlassian.com.
Also, it's worth removing your site URL from the post to keep your account details private!
