Impossible to get help

Been trying to delete our account which we opened as a test now for two hours but to dele a site you need to remove the apps, and to remove the apps, you need a billing admin, and to do that you need something else. This is a nightmare, please just delete us. We dont even know what this is. Suddenly we have Jira, and loom, we did not ask for. This is hell. No sorry, nothing that we have tried works. We just want a person to delete everything.

If we try and delete organisation, we need to remove domain first, if we try and delete domain we have to remove apps first, if we try and remove apps first we need to add billing manager and around around it goes. Nothing can be done without something else being done first. This is the worst experience I have EVER had.

In the absolute same boat. I am unable to delete the account after realizing how user unfriendly it is.

All documentations are unclear.

I would recommend move your account to the free one, I was appointed Premium for Jira app, when I did not ask for it.

I'd love to see this nightmare deleted
