How to not display documentation in iFrame (narrow style)?

Piotr Zawada
December 19, 2025

Our company started to investigate Customer Service Management app as it could bring more to the table in comparison to JSM in terms of sharing Knowledge Base, but it seems it has same limitation as JSM portals. Every page except landing pages are displayed in narrow style (iFrame) what cause lost of over 50% of workspace.

Is there any way to display pages in full screen mode or wider view at least? 2025-12-18_09h56_18.png

Welcome @Piotr Zawada

Even though this is not the permanent solution, you can edit the max-width to be around 2000 pixels. This is done through your development console. Make sure you are using the element selector that will select the whole page, like from the image below.

Thanks for your reply. We have tried out this method, but obviously it does not work for our customers. Our struggle is to change the page width gloably for every user browsing our documentation.

Somehow Atlassian has cool looking documentation with tables of contents, navigation and full width pages, but as customers we can not achieve it.
