I keep seeing emails and marketing materials for the new Customer Service Management app. I can't seem to find it in my tenant, despite being a Jira Service Management customer for years. Why don't I have this app in my cloud premium tenant?

Thank you for your post. Aylassing is switching client to Service collection ( that includes CSM) progressively. You can ask to switch opening a support ticket.

Customer Service Management is a separate app and is included in the Service Collection, it is not automatically included in your JSM subscription.
