Hello,
I'm currently working on setting up a new CSM space and currently have only a few users added. I am the administrator on everything so I should have access to do whatever is needed.
I have a space and customer experience set up but I am unable to create any new articles, nor edit the two default articles created when linking the space for the first time. I am able to "Ask to edit" however I never receive an email or notification within JIRA to approve my own request even though I'm the only admin of the platform.
I cannot find any permissions regarding article creation. I have knowledge base access set to logged in users only, but I am logged in. Is there a permission setting I'm missing?
Hi @Matt welcome to the community. I'll attach a couple of articles here that should help you get started. I used these to get my Knowledge Base setup. This should let your users access the Knowledge Base directly from your Portal.

Hope that helps.
Thank you for the help!
I was able to find the answer to my issue not on one of those articles, but through one of the links I followed while reading them. For anyone else with the same issue my eventual fix was adding myself as a Confluence admin as none are assigned by default.
