Hard experiences with Customer Service Management Support Portal

I'm studying CSM and I'm facing numerous difficulties in developing the Support Portal.

The forms I create seem to only be displayed in the "Contact Us" command, and they always show the content of the last form created. If I have more than one form, I can't see the others, only the last one.

Furthermore, I haven't found a way to customize the title of the "Contact Us" page, which should better represent the content of my form.

Is anyone else experiencing similar difficulties?

Can you provide some more context, maybe with screenshots?

Did oyu add new forms, or did you change anything on the support website?

Now I understand how forms work in CSM; they're all displayed on a page called "Contact Us," which I haven't been able to customize, resulting in terrible navigation for customers. My question is that I was trying to find a way to present the forms I created in CSM as separate menu items and commands, for smoother navigation.

It's a very bad experience.

Hi @LAERCIO DA CRUZ LOUREIRO 

Then use a JSM space instead of a CSM space, as this is possible on the portal of a JSM space.
