Failed to load error on Form Attachments

When my customers are submitted forms using our support portal (created using Jira's customer experiences channel -> support website & form), we are getting a "Failed to load" error on all the attachments. 

When we hover on it, it says "Use Trace ID 8764d5814925fc2c when reaching out to support."

This is happening on almost all the tickets created

Hi @Kuhu Krishna 

Please raise an issue with Atlassian Support, as the trace id's are specific to your instance and not global errors.

Here on the public forum we can't access instances or see log files of instnaces.

Thanks for responding. We are on the free plan and there's only community support option in the free plan.

But the community can't help in this case.

You could start a 14-day trail on a standard ro premium plan and then report the issue.

Make sure to not use any functionality that will be removed when switching back to the free plan, make sure to do this before the trail ends.

Thanks for responding. We are on the free plan and there's only community support option in the free plan.
