I'm trying to test Jira CSM and I'm getting an error when trying to access the experience or any related page.
Therefore I can't continue or delete the space

Thanks for using the Atlassian Community! For errors like this I would recommend engaging with our Support Team. They will be able to review the backend logs along with the trace information to try to understand what might be causing the error message.
These traceIDs are unique values specific to an error at a point in time in the logs. So the traceID by itself here doesn't provide us much help to figure out what might be going on, but the Support team should be able to review this further.

Same error with me,
If i try to create new account, it work perfectly
but with exist workspace with jira standard and confluence premium, still error when try to access customer experiences

I would recommend creating a support issue with Atlassian Support. As I had noted, these types of errors typically require reviewing backend logs. Our support type would be the best folks to assist with this.
