Customer Service Management access

Hello.

I'm trying to access Customer Service Management using the existing workspace and clicking "Reactivate Service Collection", but I get the following error: We had some technical trouble. We experienced a technical problem while trying to load this page for you."

Steps:

https://www.atlassian.com/en/collections/service/pricing -> Free Get It now -> Existing workspace -> Reactivate with the Free plan -> "Reactivate Service Collection", but I get the following error: We had some technical trouble. We experienced a technical problem while trying to load this page for you." error

or

https://admin.atlassian.com/ -> Apps -> Atlassian apps ->Add App -> Service Collection -> Use an existing site -> "We’re not sure what went wrong. Try again later. If this keeps happening, contact support" error

Here in community, most of us are Atlassian users like yourself, not (necessarily) employees of Atlassian. We don't have access to your environment.
