I am the Jira Admin and Space Owner in a Jira Service Management (Customer Service Space).

I want to import multiple customers from CSV file, but I can only find the "Export users" button. There is no "Import users" or "Import customers" button anywhere.

I have checked: - User management - Space settings → People and access - Customers page

No import option appears.

Is the Import from CSV feature removed in Cloud?

Hi @Tony ,

You can simply open this CSV or Excel file, select the column with emails, and copy that.

Once copied, paste the data into Customers > Customers (if you have "Customer and organization profiles" turned on in the space settings) > Add customers.
Emails should be separated with commas or semi-colons. After that, click on "+ Add" below the input box, and emails should be 'parsed' (see image on the right)

Note that, if you have "Customer and organization profiles" turned on, you can import customer details by navigating to Manage details > Import from CSV, but I think that's only for existing customers and not intended to import new ones (although I haven't tried it myself). 👀

Hope this helps.

Cheers,
Tobi
