Hi,
I have put many hours into this and I believe I need to change this one last setting to get the in-built reply to customer working.
Under customer experiences/customer notifications, I believe I need to untick Exclude person who caused the action, but I want the reply to go to the reporter.
Whenever I uncheck the box and click save it gives me a error saying check connection, but I am online, everything else works.
Does anyone have any ideas on this?
