Hi Atlassian Community,
I'm writing to report what appears to be a bug in the Customer Service Management (CSM) space sidebar.
Product: Jira + Customer Service Management (CSM)
Environment: Cloud
Description of the Issue
In our CSM space, we use the left sidebar to manage shortcut links for our team. We can add shortcut links via the sidebar UI, but once added, we are unable to edit or delete them after refreshing the page. This means we are forced to keep outdated or unused shortcut links permanently visible in the sidebar with no way to remove them.
Steps to Reproduce
Expected Behavior
The edit button should remain accessible after a page refresh, allowing users to edit or delete shortcut links at any time.
Actual Behavior
The edit button disappears after a page refresh. Once the page is refreshed, shortcut links can no longer be edited or deleted.
Why I Believe This Is a Bug
The edit/delete functionality clearly exists in the UI — it appears briefly right after a shortcut is added. The fact that it disappears after a page refresh strongly suggests this is an unintended behavior (bug), not a design decision.
Screenshots
I have attached screenshots to illustrate the issue:
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a known workaround, or has this been reported before?
Any guidance or support would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Hi @이주혁
I can confirm this behaviour and replicated it.
