I want to make my AI agent accessible/interact with my customers (non-Atlassian users) on our Help Desk/Portal or widget. Can I create an agent to engage with portal customers?

Unfortunately Rovo agents on JSM portals do not work with customer (non-atlassian user) accounts. These are designed to work with Atlassian Account access.
However, you absolutely can enable customer (non-atlassian user) and even anonymous support with our CSM AI agent and this is actually the usecase its been especially designed for.
To do this you would need to leverage our own support site (similar but more externally focussed than the JSM support site) and can embed the CSM AI widget there or on your own external website!
