As a confluence administrator, I should be able to delete personal spaces that are no longer needed. However, the delete button is not shown under the space settings.
Is there any other place to go to delete personal spaces?
We have tried using the format:
https://YOURINSTANCENAME.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/removespace.action?key=*SPACEKEY*
However, this still shows a page that states there is restricted access.
See screenshots below.
I found some other users, which have the same problem. But I didn't found THE ONE solution.
First option, found on this post:
I found a way to delete the spaces. When you are in the personal space details and can NOT see the delete option, click the "Overview" tab and magically the option to delete appears. Very strange.
Second option, found on this jira issue (CONFCLOUD-57701):
Reach the Delete Space using a URL hack
Third option, my personal suggestion:
Are you administrator of this space. Perhaps, there is a bug, which prevent the site admins to delete the space. But you can make you as a space admin and perhaps then you can delete the personal space.
Perhaps, one of those suggestions works.
Regards, Dominic
I just saw, that you already tried option two, sorry about that :)

I found also this post, where Darryl sais:
I agree, you should be able to, but in Cloud you cannot. It requires "super admin" rights, which are not available to administrators, only to Atlassian staff.
So, it could be that you have to contact support:

Thanks Dominic! Just sent in a support ticket :)
