Hi everyone,
We have custom fields such as Product and Module in our knowledge base. As a support staff, I would like to search for a solution based on Product or Modules from the list of values. Because of mistyping issues of words, it can be difficult to find them. For example the term ^Finance^ can be written as finnance and so on.
Is there a way to list the Products such as Finance,Purchasing and selecting them from a list?
