Read the excerpt included pages as an external user

Actually you _can_see the actual Knowledge Base page as an external user via de Jira Servicedesk. What you cannot see is the text that is included from else via an excerpt include macro.

Is the included content from the space that you've linked to your JSD?

If so, I would guess it's not showing because JSD users can only view content from that space.

Yes, the external users read the content via the JSD. 

But I suppose there must be a workaround for this. It would be nice the excerpt the info from the confluence spaces. In this way we can adapt the info if necessary in the confluence original pages  and it is taken over via the excerpt option and then accessible via the servicedesk search option for our users.
