Search for service desk ticket IDs mentioned in the comments (e.g., ABC-001
)
Display the matched ticket ID in a new column
Hyperlink the ticket so that clicking it opens the corresponding Jira issue in a new browser tab
This setup should allow for quick navigation and better traceability of related service desk tickets directly from the report view. How can I achieve this
