Scorecard feature requests

1. The Scorecard filter on the components list matches components that have the selected scorecard(s) applied to them. When there are lots of components with the same scorecards applied, it would seem more useful to filter on scorecards in a particular state (Failing, Needs Attention, Passing), especially as the Scorecards column of the component table is not sortable:

2. It would also be helpful to have a hover on those scorecard states summarising why they are failing, or need attention.

I realise that this cross-component information is available from from the Health page for an individual scorecard, but this doesn't seem to allow combining health state across scorecards (and also includes Archived components).

3. Finally, could population of lifecycle stage and slug be added as Field criterion (e.g. for use in the "Component readiness" scorecard)?

When you select a scorecard filter, a new filter should appear for scorecard status.

It would also be helpful to have a hover on those scorecard states summarising why they are failing, or need attention.
