Is health monitoring of archived components intended?

When scorecards are applied to components via filter, the filter matches both Published and Archived components (and Add filter doesn't allow Archived components to be excluded):

Similarly the Component list for a scorecard includes Archived components. 

Is this intentional, e.g. on the basis that Archived components could be re-published? If so could a facility to manually excluded them be provided?

Thanks for sharing this! We will resolve this to show a count of only active components.

From what I can see, this behavior seems intentional since archived components can be restored. However, it would be useful to have an option to exclude archived components from scorecards and filters, especially for teams with many archived services.
