I’m Dheeraj Sudan from the UK. I’m a software developer and also run a business with my wife Meenu Hinduja. And I'm unable to connect Sentry Cloud with our Compass account. I installed the Compass app and configured a Sentry custom integration, adding the project URL to component links. Test alerts reach email but not Compass. Are there debugging steps, common issues, or naming requirements between Sentry projects and Compass components?

I know Oli asked about the Sentry connection here. Potentially, you could ask them as well how they debugged their connection. 👀
But as Bibek mentioned, best course of action could be contacting Sentry and/or Atlassian Support to help troubleshoot this further as there aren't any official troubleshooting articles about this integration.
You could try sharing a bit more detail here, but keep in mind that this is a public forum, so it's recommended to leave out private/sensitive info from it.

Without any error in the UI and access to the backend log it will be difficult to identify what could be causing the issue.

Note that Keith's comment suggests a solution that worked for them:
We were dealing with this as well, but I believe we figured out the solution.
- Go into Sentry and navigate to Settings > Integrations > Compass
- Scroll down to the Webhooks section and ensure that you have checked (turned on) `issue` webhooks
- Verify by resolving some issues, unresolving issues, etc. which should now result in update to count in Compass
