I am Chioma, a Nigerian working for HostAfrica. I am super excited to be a part of the Kudos community. As a senior professional in HR, I understand the need to encourage teams and team members for work done, or just because. It is a beautiful thing to see that this can be done on the platform, across various organizations.

• A personal favourite of mine is our Bite-sized Learning series - I recommend trying out the Bite-sized Learning on the  Community Kudos Program . You can take a fun quiz and learn about our Kudos program and how to earn badges for your profile!
