Hello, I will like to get back access to Jira to recover information. Is this possible?

As Trudy mentioned and it's also in that article, your account data is kept for two weeks.

First, since this is a Jira question, I'm going to move it from the Bitbucket Questions forum to the Jira Questions forum.
Second, when a product is deactivated due to inactivity the data is not immediately permanently deleted. There is a grace period where you can reactivate the product subscription. You should've received email warning you if the permanent data delete was about to occur.
Also, did you receive an email about the Jira product being deleted due to inactivity or about your Atlassian Cloud Organization being deleted due to inactivity?
Lastly, when did you receive the email? The grace period may have already expired and your data may have already been permanently deleted.
