Hello @Keyran G

Are you referring to the Dashboards available in Jira, or a dashboard available in one of the other Atlassian products?

For future product-specific questions you may want to post on the Questions forum for the specific product; i.e.

Jira Questions

Jira Service Management Questions

Confluence Questions

You can find the product links in the Product Q&A list at the top of the Forums pages.

Hi @Keyran G 👋🏻

Access share to a custom project dashboard in Jira can be accomplished through the dashboard's sharing settings.

  • Navigate to the Dashboards List:
From your Jira instance, select "Dashboards" from the top navigation bar or sidebar.
  • Locate Your Dashboard:
Find the specific custom project dashboard you wish to share. You might need to select "View all dashboards" if it's not in your recent or starred list.
  • Access Sharing Options:
Select the "More actions" menu (represented by three dots or a similar icon) next to your chosen dashboard. From the dropdown, select "Rename or share" or "Manage access."
  • Configure Viewers and Editors:
In the sharing settings, you can define who has access to view or edit the dashboard.
    • Viewers: Add individuals, groups, or project roles who should be able to see the dashboard. You can also choose to make it public (accessible to anyone, even if not logged in) or visible to any logged-in user.
    • Editors: Grant editing permissions to specific users or groups if you want them to be able to modify the dashboard's layout or gadgets.
  • Save Changes:
  • After configuring the desired access levels, select "Apply" or "Save" to finalize the sharing settings.
Note : Ensure that the users you are sharing the dashboard with also have the necessary permissions to view the issues or data returned by the filters used on the dashboard.
I hope this answers your question! 😊
Thanks,
Anwesha
